Hello.
Home    Courses    Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0)
This training program will enhance an individuals’ business process management knowledge and teach them how to effectively use BPMN 2.0 notations that is intuitive to business users yet able to represent complex process semantics.

Business processes are intertwined with so many external and internal entities, so mapping business processes using the conventional way is challenging.

And, as organizations embrace new technologies, modeling business processes using standard flowcharting notation restricts modelers to depict interconnectedness. To overcome these challenges, it’s good to adopt BPMN standards and build business process models using BPMN 2.0 semantics.

BPMN helps to standardize modeling notations and this standardization has eventually brought business and technical users on the same platform. Our Skillcubator Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) training allows organizations to very well understand their complex business processes.
